    and body height…no it’s ur bone structure like saying someone big boned isnt false u know people have bigger skeletons but have bigger rists ive seen a 5ft 10 kid with smaller rist than me and im 5ft 5 so it has nothing to do with that just bone structure (big boned small boned medium framed..)–Joe

    The more the weight lifting and bench press you do(distinct from other weight training exercise you do) the more and more thinner the wrist becomes. The more free hand exercise you do, the wrist becomes fleshy and larger. There are specific exercises like curls which you do for the wrist to expand them not with much success in everybody. It seems some specific exercises in weight training burns away the fat around the wrist. That was my experience. Having said that, I would be contradicting myself if I say, measurement of the wrist has anything to do with the height.
