Is it possible to have a great body without doing any sport?!! I am asking because my best friend doesnt do any sport or bodybuilding, same as me but still he is really bulked up and i am totally skinny compared to him!! How is this possible? Oh yeah we are both turning 15 soon

what am i meant to eat. ive tried searching for results on google but there is nothing specific. for example what, when and how many times would a natural bodybuilder eat? specifics please (e.g fish, rice,chocolate….)
