Sax asked:

I’ve been doing cardio for a while now but last week I just started my natural bodybuilding journey. I’m just going to do weighted exercises like push-ups and pull-ups for a while because I need to get my body used to training again. My question is, I did a chest-triceps workout last out. It was basically 15 minutes of push-ups but with very slow form. Now, I had planned to repeat it tomorrow but even though my chest is fully recovered my triceps are still a little bit sore.

Should I feel no soreness at all before I start a workout for a specific muscle?
Do you always feel “fully” recovered before you exercise a muscle?
Should I just wait a couple more days before all the soreness is gone before I work out my triceps again?

Thanks all.

And please, answers only from those that are into natural bodybuilding and exercising, not from people that use steroids.

Powered By Yahoo Answers

I eat likes a horse, it’s just that I have a very high metabolism. I was thinking of getting on a whey protein, but recently I’ve seen that creatine is a good product as well. I never gave it a thought because I thought you lost it all when you quit taking it. I have also heard that once you start using it your body won’t make it naturally anymore, so you’lll have to depend on it your whole life.
