Like someone who says “Bacon is full of fat. It’s going to turn your muscles into fat!” doesn’t know what they’re talking about.
Anyways, I’m a bodybuilder and I eat 50% raw foods, and no processed food, except for meat. I’d much rather get my creatine from a convenient natural source than to supplement with powders and stuff.
Bacon looks pretty red, and from what I understand, red meat has all the creatine you need. So should I have a slice a day? I’m 21.
