18 years old, 34DDD, will exercising make my ******* sag?

Amelia asked:

I am 5′6″ and I weigh 133 pounds. I know I am not fat.

I want to get better toned and lose my little bump of belly fat and some of the fat in my *******.

But…will exercise make my ******* sag, or could it make my ******* look better?

I think the exercising route I’m going to take is the practice of bodybuilding. I am not going to become a bodybuilder–but I read that the bodybuilding exercises are the most effective way for women to get toned and lose fat.

Thanks to all who have good intentions in their answers. =]

Is it weird that i’m getting more attracted to really in-shape girls?

alright, I’m 16, soph in high school.

for the past few months, i’ve been spending most of my time preparing for my long-term goal of teen lightweight powerlifting by next year, and teen natural bodybuilding by 2 years from now www.bodyspace.com/bredfromfire (my bodyspace, if any other athletes are interested).

but anyway, I’ve noticed that my taste for girls has…. changed. I don’t tell anyone, but I’m finding myself becoming more attracted to the really in shape girls, not like the “nice figure” ones, but the REALLY in shape ones that are always at the gym. I haven’t told anyone about this yet, cause i always here them making fun of the “butch” girls. They’re not fat, but the muscle turns most guys off i’ve noticed. I think my standards have changed because of my goals or something, but is this weird at all???
