Strong gf, what should I do?

I want to break up with my gf soon, but i need some advice.

We have been happy for about a year now, but i think i am going to call things off tonight sometime. Things have been getting a bit much w/ her always keeping a strict lifestyle w/ her bodybuilding. Yes, she is a really strong woman. and i mean really strong. She once crushed a slab of concrete by bearhugging it and she can lift the back end of my hummer.

If she were to get angry tonight, what can i do to calm her down incase she got a little rough. Here’s her picture here so u can see what im dealing with. thats another thing, she has a temper soemtimes when we fight and tends to get too rough. one time she wrestled me and almost popped a rib.

this can also be a way to spend some time with your young ones…a bodybuilder friend of mine said he knows a woman in bodybuilding who used her kids as weights b/c she didn’t have the time or money to go to the gym or buy a weight set. if you have older kids you can go biking, jogging, swimming, hiking, whatever with them.

this is not only a challenge for ourselves, it’s to get our whole family eating well and having an active lifestyle.
