i am 17 and want to be an amateur bodybuilder. ive seen on many forums “90% nutrition 10% physical”. what exactly do they mean.

what am i meant to eat. ive tried searching for results on google but there is nothing specific. for example what, when and how many times would a natural bodybuilder eat? specifics please (e.g fish, rice,chocolate….)

if you are a bodybuilder what is a typical days food for you?
any links will be grat.
am i the right age for bodybuilding. and do curls affect you height.
Are there any “just bodybuilding gyms” in east london

    it means 90% of weight loss/getting bigger is all about diet and 10% is exerrcise
