Hey, I’m looking for someone with a bit of knowledge and experience in mass gain and bodybuilding. (this doesnt mean the average guy that browses bodybuilding.com a couple of times a week).
Basically, im on a serious mass gain mission. I started about 3 weeks ago. I’m not an idiot, i know all about nutrition and workout routines blah blah, but what im concerned about is protein shakes. I’ve been slamming down a good 4 mass gain shakes a day with “600 calories per shake”, “Dymatize hi-protein mega gainer” for anyone whos interested. Is there a point where too many protein shakes are bad for you? I struggle to get anywhere near protein through natural meats etc per day so protein shakes are most probably going to be a good 50% of my daily intake. Is 4 per day “bad” for me? or is this still fine. I’ve gained 6kg in 3 weeks, my body fat% has barely moved but my lean mass has shot up. Is that many protein shakes per day going lead me to failure because i’ve only been doing this for a week and a half now.

I’ve usually make a fruit smoothie with a shot of protein. It’s always worked great for me. (I’m a swimmer)

Burning calories became much simpler for me when I began visiting acai berry. I understand they say that pills don’t work, but they sure worked for me, and they’ve been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There’s a free trial happening at the moment at , why not try it, what is the worst that could happen?

It isn’t bad for you but is unecesary. Your body is only capable of absorbing about 30g of protein per meal. How many grams of protein are in the shake?
