I think im gonna not get supplements i feel much better with out them just natural regular foods..now question being are there any benefits/disadvantages to this please name them

i still eat proper pre workout and post workout meals just not whey i have steak or chicken or tuna w/ potatos or whole grain bread or fruit
i mean no whey no nothing that’s all i was having before whey protein now just food im thinking why would supplements make my results faster that makes no sense show me some evidence

yamster-looked at that chart..does that mean if i eat 100g worth of protien from chicken i should only count 79g of it..? how does that work
